TouchDown Cooks Up A Storm With Jamie Oliver Publishing Partnership

Europe’s leading brand affinity specialist has won advertising sales rights to Jamie Oliver’s cooking magazine.

The eponymous publication launched in early 2009 and is issued every two months. Since its appointment, TouchDown has secured advertisers include Muller, Twinings, Welsh Lamb, Thomas Cook and Cuisinart.

TouchDown recently expanded its creative offering, following demand from clients including MasterCard, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Switzerland Tourist Authority.

Mark Rice, Director of TouchDown Publishing says: "We're delighted to be working with the Jamie Oliver brand; it demonstrates TouchDown's capabilities as a full service package agency, offering not only our brand ‘dating’ services, but digital email marketing, creativity and publishing."

Andy Harris at Jamie Oliver says "TouchDown knows what they’re doing. They’ve been fantastic in selling advertising in a tough market and a huge support in launching the Jamie Oliver magazine. We look forward to a long-lasting working relationship with them."

A veteran of media sales and marketing in a career spanning 22 years, Mark joined TouchDown in January 2008, following work with Harrods, Safeway’s, The Post Office and MGM cinema, Reed Elsevier and Absolute Publishing.

The Jamie Oliver magazine is on sale in over 40 countries worldwide.
